- What’s the issue?
A user that signed up on iVolution 2.0 does not receive email notifications from the system.
- Why did this happen?
The email address used to sign up on the system does not correspond to the email address used to log into the system.
The system does not recognize the email address as it was spelled incorrectly, or wrong characters were used when typing the email address on the day of sign up.
- How to fix it?
Please contact The Innovation Team to rectify your email address on the system by sending an email to itecinnovationteam@itecgroup.co.za with your request.
